"It is hereby ordered that the govt degree colleges of Kashmir division and winter zone colleges of Jammu division shall remain closed for winter vacation. w.e.f 23rd Dec- 10 Feb 2018. For Jammu division the winter vacations shall be from 1st January 2018- 10 January 2018," the order said.
